@ rokaro

i remembered those days. we frequent rokaro so much like our second home. it's has been a while...

i wanted to 'date' Alex that night but after he heard me suggesting rokaro, he ffk. kekeke.... :p the 'reason' he gave me was he needs to go to sg. buloh and not sure whether he can get out on time. anyway, it's ok. i will try second time. hahaha....

irene joined me that night. we drank so much, from beer to whiskey. play dice and 'chai mui'. i am not sure about others, but both irene and I were definitely high that night.
the gals...
irene said she couldn't recall taken so many pics... :p
irene said she doesn't like to take photo... we pestered her... she has got no choice...
the main purpose of going rokaro that night was to check out this guy. apparently, he is going after aireen, or already got her?! and he was the one buying us dinner and drinks. thanks tim. :)
i tell you... i am so HIGH until i couldn't remember taking photo with Roland at all. Somemore holding him so tight. GOSH!!! it's good to put it up cos i will definitely not do this while i am sober. kakaka....
it's a fun night. we drank, we talked... although i was drunk at the end of the night, i could still remember that the crab meehoon was tasty. yummy....

just some updates... with pics...

a picture says a thousand words right?! i am giving you thousands and thousands of my words... :p

Sunday That I Missed

this is the type of weekend that i missed... so much i missed... it's been so long and i can't recall when was the last time i spend sunday like this...

nobody woke me up in the morning, i had a nice, sound and long sleep. we have been travelling back hometown frequent recently, to seremban and muar. and you know, when you go overnight at bf's house, you can't sleep until noon and let everybody waiting for you. also not many ppl like me having family business running restaurnt. whenever i go back muar, i need to wake up early to help up in the restaurant. so whichever house that i go back, i won't have time to catch up the sleeping hours that i missed during hectic working weekdays.

we decided to stay back this weekend because kaireen and min yin's family coming over for a visit. Mainly, i am tired!!

i woke up fresh in the morning, in fact, noon. decided to have a change, we had sausages and english breakfast at Jarrod and Rawlin's. Ed had a big breakfast and i chose to have sausages and ribs. sausages were good and i prefer McD's fries. :p

my croissant with jam and butter

big breakfast :)

my sausages and ribs with fries

went back to office to finish off some back-log. i date ed for dinner while he was driving me to office. nowadays we were so lazy and most of the time, eating simple at home. we went to Fong Lye for taiwanese food at gardens. shopped a little for groceries and headed home straight for my "one million star".

the taiwanese shabu-shabu
grilled cod fish served with minced pork rice.... yummy...

althought it would be much better resting home than going back to office for work, i really enjoyed spending the weekend back in town rather than travelling home. i do enjoy home-cooked food but i need to catch up some rest and rejuvenate for a fresher week ahead.

i am blogging while watching dvd now. i am loving it..

a lovely night

it's at Alexis looking at the wine menu and we all crave for moet. but moet at Alexis costs a big bomb. and talking bout it, CT is so nice to offer (or being conned) that she has got a moet as a gift from her boss. hahaha.... and you should know what i am going to write about after this...

CT is so so nice... being offering the moet, she also offers to cook dinner for us - Fettucine Carbonara with mushroom, ham and crispy bacon. yummy yummy...

although it's a canned mushroom soup, it looks and taste nice too.

and i offered my place :) hehehe.... it's the easiest task of all.

We started with St. Clair Sauvignon Blanc while CT is cooking. Then followed by Moet Imperial Brut. Everyone claimed that they're sick and not gonna drink much, but we still opened the third bottle from Alex, the Sir James Pinot Noir Sparkling. Except Edmund is really down with sickness, the rest of us enjoyed the food and wines.

and i had the mushroom soup and garlic bread this morning as breakfast :) still having the carbonara in the fridge for dinner someday. kekeke.... i think the amount CT cooked is more than enough for 6 pax.

should organise more of this next time.

Krabi 18th - 21st May

i think i must make it a point that i update my blog from now on. it's been more than six months since i last wrote! time flies... sigh...

let's get it started with my recent Krabi trip with my ex-colleagues. they are the only ex-colleagues that i still keep in touch with. not because i am anti-social, but think of it, i don't really have close colleagues at the second and third company that i worked at. they're all my bosses!! and i hardly go out with my current colleague due to different lifestyle we have.

anyway, there were six of us in the recent Krabi trip. we booked the tickets end last year and beside Irene, nobody has done any homework about our itinineray there. Luckily we have Irene, else we wouldn't know what to do over there.

it's quite disappointed when we saw the first beach. really, it's nothing like Phuket or Bali but more like Port Dickson. Gosh... you know how we felt at that moment??

now you know what i meant?

luckily we had some love during our lunch... :p

we took a tuk-tuk to Krabi town thought we could spend some time there shopping, massaging, sight-seeing.... but nothing came up like our expectation. Krabi town is quite dead. i think Muar is more happening than Krabi.

Since it's quiet, it's dead, we have to somehow entertain ourselves.

don't say anything, i know it's stupid but i was really boring.

and we decided to go back hotel for a swim. the swimming is pretty big with a bar right beside.

we asked the direction from the hotel receptionist and finally we feel we come to the right place. stalls selling souvenirs, restaurants, massage parlour, pubs... ya ya, these are what we're looking for. interesting enough, we found a promo board by one of the pubs say "gay show at 9pm". hehehe.... the guys didn't want to go but we insisted. just a small hut but the waiter-turned-performer starts burning candles and dripping wax all over when show starts. and of course, we were the only three ladies in the house. hehe...

2nd Day

we rented a van to fetch us around. Elephant trekking, tiger caves and hot spring were the itinineray for 2nd day.

nothing to shout about besides the superb lunch we had.
Tom Yam Kuung with Fresh Water Prawns
Grilled Prawn

and many many more....

we went for the hot spring after lunch. 40 minutes journey from the restaurant and without wasting more time, we catch up with some sleep. :p

it's just a small pool of water. luckily it's off peak when we were there. so we had the place basically all to ourselves. the water temperature is about 40 - 42 degree celsius. most of us felt a little dizzy when we get up. it's actually not a good idea at all soaking ourselves in the 42 degree water in the hot afternoon.

and of course, we continued drinking at night... :)

3rd Day

we went island hopping on the 3rd day. too bad that Miko couldn't join us as the waves might not be that forgiveable for pregnant woman, don't mention the speed boat with strong waves.

Ed and I on board

this is a lagoon. no access if it's low tide.

phi phi island has nicer beach but it's more commercialised though. the whole island is full with tourist.

it's raining heavily when we were on our back to mainland. we were all wet and cold and glad that we were all back on shore safely. Snorkerling was nothing as great. I think Redang Marine Park has got more to see if I remember correctly.

overall, the trip was nice. drinking drinking and drinking. and the companion is of most important. :) more to come ...

Tokyo 5th Edition

This is my fifth time to Tokyo ever since i work in the company. great, isnt it. :p

we just arrived yesterday and i already feeling so so so exhausted.

had lotsa nihonshu (japanese wine) yesterday and a great teppanyaki dinner at ropponggi. we had prawns, scallops and beef. i shall talk more about it when i have the photos uploaded.

went to the used car auction center this morning. almost 20,000 cars to be auctioned every week. maseratiSSS and porscheSSS are parked there without shade, don't talk about the fleets of bmwSSSS, mercSSS, VWsss, AudiSSS, and many many many others. under the shade, you can see the ferrarisss, bentleys, hummers and some other more exclusive cars. i should have taken the photos of the auction center where they have hundreds of computers for those traders and a big screen bigger than those in TGV and GSC. I am not joking. 20,000 cars auction in one day ok!!! guess how long it will take if it's in Malaysia???!!! 1 week?? or even longer??? hehe...

am going to motorshow tomorrow and gt race at fuji this weekend. there shall be more more photos of pretty gals (which my guy frens love the most!) to be uploaded. meantime, just bear with me with this only photo taken at ropponggi hills @ 31st Oct 5pm (yes, it's 5pm!!). guys, be patient and wait k!! more pretty gals on the wayyy...
